Core Functions of the Registrar's Office

Admissions

Processing and managing all student admission applications, enrolment records and KUCCPS placements for new and continuing trainees.

Academic Records

Maintaining accurate, secure and up-to-date academic records for all students throughout their time at KTVC and beyond graduation.

Certification

Coordinating the issuance of certificates, transcripts, letters of completion and other official academic documents via KNEC and CDACC.

Timetabling

Overseeing academic timetables, examination schedules and college calendar management to ensure smooth delivery of all programmes.

Industry Partnerships

Facilitating and formalising partnerships with industry bodies and employers to enhance practical training and graduate placement opportunities.

Compliance & Governance

Ensuring full compliance with TVET Act No. 29 of 2013, TVETA, CDACC and all regulatory requirements governing college operations and records.
