As the Deputy Principal in charge of Administration, I am pleased to welcome you to Kinango Technical and Vocational College. The Administration Department plays a critical role in coordinating human resource management, financial oversight, procurement processes, infrastructure development, and general institutional operations.

Our focus is to ensure that all administrative systems function smoothly to create a stable and supportive learning environment for our trainees and staff. We believe that effective administration is the backbone of academic excellence. By strengthening internal systems and fostering good governance practices, we enable our trainers to deliver quality training and our students to thrive in a conducive environment.

The administration department is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability and efficiency in all operational matters. We continuously work to improve institutional processes, enhance staff welfare, and ensure proper management of college resources in line with government regulations and best practices in the TVET sector.

We welcome stakeholders, partners, and the wider community to collaborate with us in advancing technical education and skills development for sustainable socio-economic growth. Together, we build a stronger KTVC — one that empowers every student to realise their fullest potential.

Human Resources
Coordinating staff recruitment, welfare, development and performance management across all departments.
Financial Oversight
Supervising budgetary controls, financial reporting and ensuring proper stewardship of institutional funds.
Procurement
Managing procurement processes in compliance with public procurement regulations and institutional needs.
Infrastructure
Overseeing development, maintenance and expansion of college facilities, workshops and learning spaces.
Governance & Compliance
Ensuring institutional operations align with TVET Act No. 29 of 2013, TVETA regulations and BOG directives.
Stakeholder Relations
Facilitating partnerships with government agencies, industry partners and community stakeholders for institutional growth.
