The Dean of Students Office acts as a key link between students and other areas of college life. We work to bridge communication between trainees, trainers, non-teaching staff and student leaders to create a harmonious, productive and supportive college community.

In addition, our office acts as an advocate for students who may be in crisis. Whether you are facing personal challenges, academic difficulties, financial hardship or any other matter affecting your wellbeing, our door is always open. It is our goal to work closely with trainers, non-teaching staff, and student leaders to enhance the quality of the college experience for all Trainees at KTVC.

We invite every student to feel free to visit our office, ask questions, seek guidance or simply come and talk. We are committed to ensuring that your time at KTVC is not only academically rewarding but also a positive and transformative life experience.
